  The “third eye” is one of those terms that sounds mysterious at first. It is often connected to intuition, inner wisdom, meditation, and spiritual awareness. But what I find interesting is that the third eye is also often discussed alongside the pineal gland, sleep rhythms, and melatonin. I like spiritual things. I have taken Reiki 1st, 2nd, and third. I used to practice Yoga.
