I read a buzz about Marie Kondo's Netflix show so I watched the first episode yesterday. Marie Kondo is very famous in Japan and she's called "Konmari" in short. I've read her book once or twice and I tried her method, (don't ask me if it worked or not) but after I've watched it, and I actually wrote about her book 3 years ago and I totally skipped the most important thing she's talking about. "Does it spark joy or not for you?" I have watched the first episode with a young couple with two little adorable children in a beautiful house. Their house doesn't look so bad but got a lot of junk. Before starting tidying up the house, Marie Kondo sits down on the floor in the house and greet to the house, like meditating. Then, take out all the clothes you have and put into one pile Next, take the clothes one by one in your hand and see if that particular thing spark joy or not. Lots of things happened lately and I needed some spiritual help so I was binge watching inspirational Youtube video a lot. I love spiritual stuff like Reiki, Theta Healing, I've heard of Basher but haven't look into what it is until recently. Thanks to Youtube, I've learned a lot about Basher and I also discovered "Abraham Hicks", She's famous for "Law of Attraction" Is she the first one say that? I think that's Napoleon Hill, his theory doesn't involve aliens though. Yes, both Basher and Abram Hicks channeling with the universe power, or vortex. They both say "What you think will really happen, either good way or bad way." and that's the common fact for all the spiritual world. So I'm trying to attract something good. I'm imagining I'm a rich person and have a wonderful partner,  have good kids, happy life, great house in a good neighborhood, great income without sacrifice my family life. The theory says...

I like spiritual things. I have taken Reiki 1st, 2nd, and third. I used to practice Yoga. Sedona in Arizona is very popular among spiritual people. It's very popular among Japanese. Since I heard of Sedona, I wanted to go there for a long time but didn't because of the long drive, 7 hours drive from Los Angeles! Sedona is famous for Vortex. I wanted feel the Vortex, and wondering what is vortex. I don't know if I felt it or not, I really liked  the view of Sedona red rocks and hiking. There are 4 vortex spot in Sedona. 1) Airport Mesa This place was near we stayed. Very easy to hike up, the parking was full always. 2) Cathedral Rock (Picture from the Airport Mesa) Don't use map app on your iPhone! We drove to wrong place for the trail head. I saw somebody was also got  wrong way using the app. Easy up to the middle, harder to the top. My 4 year old (then) daughter couldn't make it but My son (9 then) and I went up half way to the top.
