Eating, Meeting, Mighty, Money

I went to Lowes and got a water filter for the shower and handheld shower. Old handheld shower with a water filter broke down suddenly. For the healthy skin! It was pretty easy to set up.  I found a similar water filter at amazon.com  peacewing

I sometimes go to Zumba with my friend on Saturday morning. My daughter and my friend's daughter both go to Saturday Japanese school in the morning. Their class is only for 3 hours and there's happened to be right near by this Zumba studio so we decided to try. My friend goes fitness club and does zumba every now and then and she told me how cool Zumba is. I wouldn't go by myself if anybody asked me, but I gave it a try. I used to do some Jazz dance when I was young but recently I haven't done any dancing or workout for a while. I prefer Yoga (slow and relaxing you know) There are all kind of generation in the class, from early 20s to early 70sh.. Some people have weights on their hands. As we paid entrance fee, I asked "Who's the teacher?" and the late 40's looking woman said "Me." My friend and I looked at each other because she didn't look like she can dance, but she can! Happy belated new year! Our new year has been very very bitter. My daughter had serious medical emergency already. I really hope rest of 2015 will be healthy, happy year!! Today is Martin Luther King day. My son's school is off today. He woke up in a good mood, and just a few hours later, he says he doesn't feel good and he threw up (Thank you halloween bucket!) My new year's resolution is : Health of my whole family. I'll prepare good nutritious meal and study about homeopathy. ...Processing New Year's Resolution Tees and goods! 

My husband has acid reflex though he has mild one so that he doesn't have to take medicine. He would feel his stomach doesn't feel right after eating certain food like oatmeal, bagel and steak. Because it only happens sometimes, he didn't bother to go see a doctor and  didn't even know what it was until when he had choking sensation while he had dinner with his friends. He felt his food doesn't go down to the stomach and just stuck in the middle of the road then bubble started coming out from his mouth. after he spit out the form he felt better. His friend saw him and said. "You have acid reflex!" You see a lots of commercial on TV for medicine for acid reflex like Tums, Zantac, Prirosec.. Seems like a lot of Americans suffer from this condition. Coming from Japan I would get heartburn just seeing those greasy burgers on commercials.
